Since 1971, Bawa Caterers was established in Patiala. Now, It has been speread all over the Punjab as well as Haryana, Chandigarh, Ganganagar, Rajasthan & Himachal Pradesh etc. Our ancestors worked as a cook at Lassikhana (where food uses to prepare) in Maharaja Patiala S. Bhupinder Singh's reign. In this Lassikhana, they use to prepare the food for 1200 people daily. In Moti Bagh (Now NIS) food was prepared for Maharaja's 300 Queens and many more people.
